The catalog keeps Git lightweight. Official and community items stay at their original source unless documented display and redistribution rights allow external hosting. Public availability alone is not treated as permission.

Raw vs skill vs Qwen3.8¶
The controlled newspaper-train comparison includes the raw brief, a local H3 skill
rewrite, a Qwen3.8 rewrite, and skill + Qwen3.8. Exact prompts are stored in
samples/prompts/newspaper-train-rainy-night.json.
The measured table is on the performance page.
Three blind rounds found ties for every candidate; the current evidence does not show
a quality gain over the already-specific raw brief.
External media contract¶
When rights permit public display, videos live in a versioned Hugging Face Dataset
with metadata.jsonl; Git stores only this manifest and optional small, owned preview
images. README links to a preview or Pages, while Pages can use the pinned media URL or
the Dataset Viewer. The manifest validator rejects embedded media without an explicit
redistribution basis.
For current H3 outputs, public hosting remains withheld because the model license restricts display of Outputs outside its Applicable Territory. This is a license boundary, not a missing hosting feature.
